The GE Fanuc IC697CPX782 is a single-slot CPU module for the Series 90-70 PLC system, featuring integrated 1 MB CMOS RAM and 256 KB flash memory.

Equipped with three onboard serial ports for programming and communication. Supports floating-point math via 80486DX4 32-bit processor at 96 MHz. Features a three-position mode switch and software/hardware memory protection. Includes seven status-indicating LEDs. Compatible with MS-DOS and Windows-based programming software.
