Description
The GE Fanuc IC697CPM915 is a single-slot, 32-bit floating point CPU for the Series 90-70 PLC system, operating at 32 MHz with 1 MB battery-backed memory and support for 12K I/O points.

Features 0.4 µs Boolean execution and hardware floating-point math. Includes one RS-422/485 serial port for programming via MS-DOS or Windows software. Supports IC697, IC660, and IC661 I/O and LAN modules. Firmware stored in flash memory; user program storage not supported. Operated via three-position RUN/STOP switch or remote programmer. Data protection via keyswitch or password. Four front-panel LEDs indicate CPU status.
