The GE Fanuc IC697BEM731 is a single-slot Genius Bus Controller Module for Series 90-70 PLCs, enabling communication between the CPU and IC660/IC661 I/O blocks.

Features
Supports one channel with up to 30 drops for distributed I/O. Performs asynchronous I/O scanning and transfers data to CPU via backplane. Enables peer-to-peer and global communications. Features alarm processor and diagnostics for I/O blocks. Supports redundancy in blocks, cables, and CPUs. Configured via Windows or MS-DOS software; no DIP switches. Includes HHM (Hand Held Monitor) port for real-time status and diagnostics.
