The GE Multilin C60-H03-HKH is a substation-hardened breaker protection and control relay integrating protection, monitoring, metering, and automation in a single platform.
- Supports dual-breaker schemes like breaker-and-a-half and ring bus
- Includes IEC 61850 Edition 2 with SCL file support and PRP (IEC 62439-3) for zero-failover redundancy
- Features three independent Ethernet ports: RS485 + redundant multimode ST 100BaseFX
- Equipped with 7” full-color graphical HMI, user-programmable pushbuttons, and multilingual interface
- Accepts inputs from up to 4 CT sets with internal summation and individual current access
- Provides breaker failure (50BF), autoreclose (79), synchrocheck (25), overcurrent (50/51), and thermal overload (49) functions
- Records disturbances per COMTRADE 2013 with up to 40 analog and 64 digital channels, 45-second duration
- Offers FlexLogic™ programmable logic with 1024 lines for custom control schemes
- Includes CyberSentry UR for NERC CIP compliance: RBAC, RADIUS/LDAP, Syslog event logging
- Sampling rate supports high-resolution fault analysis; SOE logs 1024 time-stamped events
