Description
The GE Fanuc IC693DSM324 is a high-speed motion controller for PACSystems RX3i and Series 90-30 PLCs, supporting electronic CAM, servo control, and synchronized logic operations.
Features
Enables electronic CAM follower functions for mechanical cam applications. Controls digital servos from αi and βi series. Supports jog beyond EOT limit; requires EOT limit < position limit to stop motion. Includes COMM_REQ function to prevent PLC fault loss. Aborts motion via %Q bit control. Requires firmware v10+ for Series 90-30 CPUs. No support for external decoders. Servo re-enablement issues mitigated with cycle v24 control.
